1. Purpose and scope
This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refund enquiries are handled when you receive education counselling or application support from A & S WANI AGENCY. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Our standard student support
Our standard counselling and application-support services are generally provided to students free of charge. Unless we clearly agree otherwise with you in writing before a service begins, no service fee is payable to A & S WANI AGENCY for that support.
3. Payments to institutions and other providers
Students normally pay universities, English language centres and relevant third-party providers directly using the recipient's approved payment channel. A & S WANI AGENCY does not set, collect or control those charges unless a different arrangement is expressly confirmed in writing.
- Check the recipient name, bank details, payment reference, currency and deadline before paying.
- Keep official invoices, receipts and transfer confirmations.
- Do not send money to a personal or unfamiliar account without confirming the instruction through our official contact details and the institution.
- Bank, card, exchange-rate and transfer charges are normally the payer's responsibility.
4. Institutional refund rules
Any payment made directly to a university, English language centre, government channel or other provider is governed by that recipient's own terms, deadlines and refund policy. The recipient alone decides whether a refund is available, its amount, the documents required, any deductions and the payment timeline.
We cannot approve, promise or guarantee a third-party refund. Where reasonably possible, we may help a student understand the relevant procedure or forward a properly documented request, but the final decision remains with the organisation that received the money.
5. Cancellation or withdrawal
If you wish to stop an application, change institution or withdraw from a programme, notify us and the relevant institution promptly in writing. Delays may cause you to miss a cancellation or refund deadline. Cancellation of our support does not automatically cancel an institutional application, offer, enrolment, accommodation booking or payment obligation.
6. Admission, visa and travel outcomes
An unsuccessful admission, scholarship, EMGS, student-pass or visa outcome does not by itself create a refund obligation for the Agency. Refund eligibility for money paid to another organisation remains subject to that organisation's published rules. Students remain responsible for following document, payment, immigration and travel requirements accurately and on time.
7. Optional paid services
If we introduce or arrange an optional service for which the Agency will charge a fee, the scope, price, payment method, cancellation terms and any refund conditions will be disclosed in writing before you agree to purchase it. You are not required to accept an optional paid service in order to receive our standard support.
8. Payments sent to the Agency by mistake
If money is accidentally sent to an account belonging to A & S WANI AGENCY, contact us immediately with the payer's name, date, amount, transfer reference and proof of payment. After verification, we will explain the appropriate next step. Where a return is appropriate, unavoidable bank or transfer charges may be deducted only where permitted and clearly explained.
9. Fraud prevention
Payment instructions should be treated carefully. We will not ask you to conceal a payment, misstate its purpose or send funds to an unrelated individual. If an instruction appears unusual or an account changes unexpectedly, pause the transfer and verify it using the phone number or email published on this website.
