1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to the A & S WANI AGENCY website and the educational counselling, application assistance and student-support services we provide. In these terms, “we”, “our” and “the Agency” refer to A & S WANI AGENCY, while “student”, “you” and “your” refer to the person using our website or requesting our assistance.
By using our website, submitting documents or asking us to begin an application, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If a parent, guardian or representative acts for a student, that person confirms that they have authority to do so.
2. Our services
Depending on the student’s needs and the selected institution, our assistance may include:
- General study counselling and programme recommendations.
- Guidance on entry requirements, available intakes and application documents.
- Submitting or supporting applications to universities and English language centres.
- Following up on admission progress and communicating institutional updates.
- General guidance concerning student visa and EMGS procedures.
- Pre-arrival information and assistance with accommodation searches, airport pickup, medical examinations and registration arrangements where agreed.
The exact service provided may differ according to the institution, programme, country of origin, immigration requirements and the student’s circumstances.
3. Standard agency charges
Unless a different arrangement is clearly disclosed and accepted in writing before work begins, our standard educational counselling and application-support services are provided without an agency service fee to the student.
Universities, English language centres and third-party providers may charge their own tuition, application, registration, visa, EMGS, insurance, medical, accommodation, deposit or other fees. Those charges are separate from our services.
4. Student responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing complete, accurate and current personal, academic and contact information.
- Submitting authentic documents and properly certified or translated copies when required.
- Checking names, passport details, programmes, campuses, intakes and payment instructions before approval or submission.
- Responding promptly to requests from the Agency, institution, EMGS or another relevant authority.
- Meeting all stated deadlines and informing us immediately of changes affecting your application.
- Complying with institutional, immigration and Malaysian legal requirements.
We may pause or discontinue assistance if information is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent or reasonably suspected to be unlawful.
5. Admission, scholarship and visa decisions
Our role is advisory and administrative. Admission offers, scholarships, credit transfers, visa approvals, student passes and immigration entry decisions are made solely by the relevant institution, EMGS, immigration authority or other authorised body.
We do not guarantee admission, a particular intake, scholarship approval, visa approval, processing time or entry into Malaysia. A rejection or delay does not mean that the Agency failed to provide its service.
6. Information, fees and processing times
We aim to provide accurate and current information. However, institutions and authorities may change programmes, fees, requirements, intakes, processing times or policies without prior notice. The latest official offer letter, invoice, institutional policy and government requirement will take precedence over general information supplied through our website or communications.
7. Payments to institutions and providers
Payments are normally made directly to the relevant university, English language centre or authorised third-party provider. Students must confirm the recipient’s identity and banking instructions before transferring funds. A & S WANI AGENCY is not responsible for payments made to an incorrect, unofficial or fraudulent account when the payment details were not issued or confirmed through an authorised source.
Payment, cancellation and refund matters are further explained in our Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Communication
You agree that we may communicate with you through email, telephone, WhatsApp or other contact methods you provide. You are responsible for monitoring those channels and notifying us if your contact details change. Messages sent through social media are not a substitute for official institutional documents.
9. Privacy and student documents
We process student information and documents for counselling, applications and related support. Our collection, use, disclosure and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Website use and intellectual property
You may use this website for lawful personal and educational purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, collect information through automated means without permission, impersonate another person or use the website to commit fraud.
Unless stated otherwise, the Agency’s name, branding, written content, website design and original materials may not be reproduced, modified, sold or distributed for commercial purposes without written permission. Third-party university and language-centre logos remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Third-party websites and services
Our website may link to institutions, social networks, payment providers or other external services. We do not control their availability, security, content or policies. Your use of an external service is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
12. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Agency is not responsible for losses caused by institutional or government decisions, inaccurate information supplied by a student, missed deadlines, third-party service failures, unofficial payments, travel disruption, accommodation-provider actions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes and termination
We may update these terms when our services, website or applicable requirements change. The latest version will appear on this page with a revised date. We may refuse, pause or end assistance when these terms are breached, continuing would be unlawful, or trust necessary for the service has materially broken down.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute should first be raised with us in good faith so that both parties can attempt to resolve it promptly.
